1. Scope of Services
Our company provides professional upholstery and fabric cleaning services using commercial-grade equipment and professional cleaning solutions.
The purpose of our services is routine hygienic cleaning, which may include:
• removal of surface dust and accumulated dirt;
• reduction of embedded debris within the fabric;
• reduction of dust mites, allergens, and common household contaminants (if present);
• general refreshing of the appearance of the cleaned item.Our services are cleaning services only and do not constitute restoration, repair, or replacement of fabric, padding, or structural components.
2. No Guarantee of Stain Removal
We do NOT guarantee complete or 100% removal of stains, spots, discoloration, odors, or pre-existing damage.
Results vary depending on, but not limited to:
• the nature and age of stains (oil-based, dye-based, chemical, biological, etc.);
• fabric type, weave, and fiber composition;
• prior cleaning attempts or use of household chemicals;
• manufacturing characteristics, colorfastness, or fabric wear.Some stains may be permanent or may reappear after drying.
3. Stain Treatment Approach
When stains or heavy soiling are present:
• our technicians will make reasonable, professional efforts to reduce or remove stains where possible;
• only methods considered safe for the specific fabric will be used.
We will not use aggressive or destructive techniques that could reasonably cause:
• fabric damage,
• color loss or bleeding,
• shrinkage,
• distortion of fibers or texture.
4. Fabric Condition and Limitation of Liability
The client acknowledges and agrees that:
• professional cleaning improves cleanliness but does not return items to “like-new” condition;
• pre-existing wear, fading, fiber weakness, or defects may become more noticeable after cleaning.
We are not responsible for:
• pre-existing damage or defects;
• normal wear and tear;
• issues caused by previous cleanings or improper maintenance;
• color variation resulting from the original condition of the material.
5. No Medical or Disinfection Guarantee
Our services are not medical, sterilization, or disinfection services.
We do not guarantee:
• elimination of all bacteria, viruses, mold, or microorganisms;
• complete removal of allergens or dust mites.Any reduction of such elements is incidental to standard professional cleaning.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving our services, the client confirms that they:
• have reviewed and understood this policy;
• acknowledge the limitations described above;
• accept that cleaning results are not guaranteed.This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
